ABOUT SOME ISSUES OF REALIZATION OF THE EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES IN LABOR RELATIONS

Summary 

The article characterizes problems of the development of equal opportunities in the field of labor relations  of  Georgia.  Reviewes existed  disadvantages established  in  the field of labor regulations  in  Georgia which, in some  cases, creates drawback bariers for the development of the equal opportunities and provision of the labor assurances. Special attantions are paid to the equal opportunities and guarantees in labour and employment, pension provisions, creation of the competitive environment for the academic and scientific personnel  of the public and private high educational institutins.  Analyses the tendencies formed in the development of the public and private sectors of education in Georgia. The problems of the regulations with respect of the perfection of payed vacation, evaluation of pay for overtime work,  formalization of the status of emeritus, emprovement of the existed social guarantees in pension provision and rules of affilation are  raized. The authors proposals towards the development of equal opportunities and emprovement the social guarantees  for the academic and scientific personnel of the public and private high educational institutions of Georgia are offered.

The possible challenges, which might be developed in high education of  Georgia in the condition of the  planned dramatic growt of the public financing of the educational system of Georgia  and creates conditions for the development inequal competitive environment and unequal opportunities  in high education are underlined. This processes forms certain challenges  with respect of the system of high education and mechanizms of the financing of the high educational institutions. The issues of the necessity to the crossing -over to the new model of the finincing of the high education is raised.
